🌳 Introducing Conversation Branching

Ever wished you could explore different ideas in a conversation without losing your original discussion? Now you can.

The Problem We Solved

You're deep into a conversation with AI, 15 messages in. You want to try a different approach, but starting over means losing all that context. Copying and pasting is tedious. You're stuck.

The Solution: Branch

Click any message in your chat history and create a new conversation from that point. All previous context is preserved in the new chat, and your original conversation stays untouched.

How It Works

Simple Three-Step Process:

1. Hover over any message in your conversation
2. Click the branch icon (🌳)
3. A new chat opens with all history up to that point

That's it. Continue the conversation in a new direction.

Real-World Scenarios

Exploring Options You're discussing a project plan with AI. At message 10, you realize there are two viable approaches. Branch at that point, and explore each option in separate conversations.

What-If Analysis You're getting code suggestions. Want to see what happens if you ask for a different architecture? Branch from your original question and try the alternative.
